Grounds Person in Commercial Tree Care: outdoor landscape duties including using mowers, blowers, clippers, and edgers; preparing soil for plant placement; setting up and cleaning up job sites; maintaining trucks and equipment; working as part of a crew; establishing safety perimeters with cones and signs; assisting climber and handling tools via rope hoists; gathering branches and feeding chippers; ensuring safety of operations and the public; willingness to work mandated overtime during holidays, after hours, weekends; must be at least 18 and able to perform very physical work (35-80 lbs) with power equipment; prior landscaping knowledge helpful; CDL driver’s license a plus; bilingual (Spanish) a plus; BrightView emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a strong benefits culture.
