Job Summary
Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the property, pressure wash garbage chutes, waste bins, and building exteriors, and perform snow and ice removal using a snow blower. Oversee garage and storage area organization, ensure proper garbage disposal, and assist Property Maintenance Technicians with repairs during occupancy and turnovers. Complete resident work orders involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs while maintaining knowledge of health, safety, and emergency procedures. Requires own vehicle with clean abstract, ability to work rotational emergency on-call schedules including evening and weekend hours, and proficiency with MS-Office.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience performing general labour or maintenance tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must have own vehicle with a clean drivers abstract
- Available and able to work on the rotational emergency on call schedule
- Evening and weekend hours required from time-to-time
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be proficient using a computer and MS-Office
Desired Qualifications
- General understanding of residential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems
