Job Summary
Grounds Maintenance Team Member for City FM Australia, supporting landscaping and gardening across multiple Early Learning sites in Brisbane. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge and tree trimming, weed control, astro turf maintenance, garden/playground refresh (woodchip mulch, sand pits, new plants), external pressure washing, waste removal, and keeping job updates. Work autonomously within a team, provide good customer service, and maintain high standards across sites. Must have a valid driver’s license (and trailer experience), Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain), police check, and readiness for pre-employment medical; outdoor role with exposure to all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Grounds/Landscaping maintenance services
- Valid driver’s license and experience driving with a trailer – Mandatory
- Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Police Check
- Pre-employment medical
- Ability to multi-task; work reliably with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly
- Prepared to undergo a Police Check
- The position requires the successful candidate to complete a pre-employment medical
- This position is outdoors and requires ability to work in any and all-weather conditions
