Job Summary
Conduct landscaping and gardening services across multiple Early Learning sites, performing mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, and astro turf maintenance. Refresh gardens with woodchip mulch and sand pit upkeep, while executing external pressure washing and removing all garden waste to authorized transfer stations. Provide job updates and follow an initiative-taking model for maintenance and repairs, utilizing iPhone technology to monitor location and tasks. Work autonomously with limited supervision in any weather conditions, requiring a valid driver's license and trailer experience. Complete a pre-employment medical and obtain a Working with Children Check.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Grounds/Landscaping maintenance services
- Valid driver's license
- experience driving with a trailer
- Current Working with Children Check
- willing to obtain Working with Children Check
- Ability to multi-task
- work reliably with limited supervision
- make sound decisions quickly
- Familiarity with interfacing with technology (iPhone) used to systemically monitor location / jobs
- ability to work in any and all-weather conditions
