Job Summary
Lead a small crew across commercial and government contracts, overseeing lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, whipper snipping, and weed spraying. Coordinate daily tasks, operate and maintain equipment safely, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule. Supervise team members while delivering reliable grounds maintenance services across varied sites in Brisbane and the Northern Gold Coast. Requires a current White Card, Manual Driver's Licence, and ACDC Licence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Current White Card
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
- Strong knowledge of garden and turf maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused attitude
- Highly Regarded ACDC Licence
Desired Qualifications
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience
