Job Summary
Conduct routine grounds maintenance including mowing, weeding, snow removal, and landscaping using large and small equipment such as tractors, mowers, and loaders. Perform manual labor tasks and assist with construction and maintenance work across all Goodwin University and Campus Realty properties. Adhere to all safety procedures while operating machinery and handling tools. Maintain current skills through professional development and training. Requires high school diploma, one year of relevant experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of relevant experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping
- Valid driver's license

- Knowledge of the proper operation of grounds equipment and related duties and responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience in a number of skills, such as mowing, trimming, tree removal, snow removal and small engine operations
- Mechanical skills and the ability to use hand tools
