Grounds Maintenance (Seasonal)

Seasonal grounds maintenance role responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and landscaping features; plant, water, prune, and maintain landscaping according to seasonal needs; operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment; clean, inspect, and maintain tools; follow safety procedures; work independently with effective time management; provide courteous service to residents, visitors, and team members; background in basic computer skills (email and Microsoft Office) and ability to work with older adults; comply with organization policies and mission; physical ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds; high school diploma or GED preferred with landscaping experience preferred.
