Job Summary
Grounds Maintenance Operative needed on a seasonal basis for OUTCO's Grounds Maintenance Department. Responsibilities include grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub bed maintenance, fertilising, plant care, weed control, knapsack works, and safe use of hand tools and powered horticultural machinery. Work as part of a mobile team to keep sites clean, safe, and well-presented. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications include eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence; horticulture or landscaping skills are desirable.
