Grounds Maintenance

Perform light maintenance duties to maintain and enhance community value, including assisting with repairs for vacant apartments and preparing units for new residents. Gathers and disposes of litter on grounds, sweeps public areas, and monitors pool and spa chemicals while maintaining required logbooks. Operate machinery such as lawnmowers and hedge-trimmers, perform snow removal, and maintain exterior lighting. Monitor insect damage and report unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor, delivering communications to residents and attending training seminars. Drive motorized vehicles on or off property as needed.
