Job Summary
Hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Officer responsible for maintaining the park grounds, accommodation and facilities. Duties include lawn mowing, edging, vegetation management, operation of maintenance equipment and power tools, upkeep of park facilities and common areas, assisting with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, and supporting overall presentation standards. Must be able to perform manual tasks including lifting, carrying and repetitive physical activities, operate equipment such as ride-on mowers, hedge trimmers, whipper snippers, chainsaws and other power tools, maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests, and work as part of a team. Current Driver's Licence and prior grounds/property maintenance experience in hospitality/tourism/caravan park or similar environment preferred. The role offers on-site accommodation rental options for the right candidate and pays according to the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in grounds and property maintenance (hospitality, tourism, caravan park or similar environment preferred but not essential)
- Ability to perform manual tasks (lifting/carrying/repetitive physical activities)
- Demonstrated ability to safely use power tools and maintenance equipment
