Job Summary
Operate equipment including lawn tractors, Z-turn mowers, push mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, trucks, and forklifts. Perform minor maintenance and repairs to grounds equipment, maintain grass and shrubs, trim or remove trees as directed, and repair perimeter fences. Clear station and pond drains, maintain perimeter roads, perform furniture move orders, and execute snow removal duties. Work with minimal supervision while using various portable tools. Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with availability for weekends and evenings during snow seasons. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and at least one year of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing the duties listed
- Some experience as a trades helper, laborer, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Physically able to climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for weekends and evening hours for snow removal
