Job Summary
Conduct painting, patching, and general property upkeep across buildings, food stands, seller spaces, offices, warehouses, rides, and fencing. Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance using zero-turn mowers and trimmers, while completing light carpentry and basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and repair work. Assist with maintenance and repair of carts, wagons, tools, and equipment, and safely operate golf carts and company vehicles. Complete maintenance inspections, work-order documentation, and support special events and operational needs. Keep maintenance shops and storage areas clean, organized, and safe. Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance as directed, following all company policies and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to safely operate golf carts, landscaping equipment, and company vehicles
- General working knowledge of landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers and trimmers
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Dependable, professional, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
- A positive, hands-on, 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, crawl, climb, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead
- Ability to safely lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials weighing approximately 25 to 40 pounds
- Ability to work safely in confined spaces and at elevated heights using ladders or scaffolding
- Ability to safely use hand tools, landscaping equipment, and maintenance equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field
