Job Summary
Maintain all Boys and Girls Country properties by ensuring aesthetics, cleaning roofs and gutters, and trimming trees and hedges. Manage parts inventory by alerting the Maintenance Manager for purchases and picking up supplies as needed. Assist with maintenance requests to uphold quality standards while keeping the Operations Center and all buildings clean and in good repair. Perform minor repairs on equipment and support the team in picking up donated goods. Work 40 hours weekly, reporting to the Chief Operations and Facilities Officer. Requires a high school graduate, criminal background clearance, and drug test panel clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be cleared through a criminal background and FBI finger print investigation.
- Must be cleared through a drug test panel.
- Must attend Boys and Girls Country orientation and pre-service training.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to try new task.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs.
- Must be a high school or vocational school graduate.
- Must be a cooperative team member.
- Must display a positive attitude and show support of Boys and Girls Country mission and values at all times.
