Grounds Maintenance and Technician

Maintain buildings, grounds, playgrounds, and equipment at all ECS facilities while ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs involving basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work, and identify facility concerns for reporting. Coordinate with vendors, utility companies, and building owners to address repairs, emergencies, and improvement projects, while assisting with inventory management, supply procurement, and budget planning. Deliver supplies and equipment to sites, maintain accurate maintenance records, adhere to safety standards, and prioritize problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.
