Job Summary
Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and leasing offices. Remove trash from office areas and community perimeters daily, and assist in preparing market-ready units by clearing vacant apartments. Perform assigned maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, and report concerns to the supervisor. Operate machinery safely while working on-call for weekend shifts and overtime as needed. Work outside in unpredictable weather with attention to detail to maintain property condition.
Required Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work outside in unpredictable weather
- Must be able to work on-call as scheduled, weekend shifts and overtime as necessary and approved by manager
- Must be able to perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures
