Job Summary
Maintain and repair grounds and facilities for a senior living community. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of grounds, painting, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry and mechanical tasks; replace bulbs, clean windows, and assist with moving heavy equipment. Coordinate daily maintenance services with the Maintenance Director for resident living areas; ensure facility and equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience. Foster a warm, patient, enthusiastic, and calm environment while upholding safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience
- 1 year of grounds keeping / landscaping experience
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- HIPAA confidentiality compliance
