Job Summary
Maintain flower beds by planting, weeding, and mulching as required. Trim trees and shrubs, edge grass, and operate leaf vacuums, mowers, and weed eaters. Dig with a shovel, pick up debris from roadways and sidewalks, and clean roofs using brooms and blowers. Report safety concerns immediately to supervisor or upper management. Report to work 8am to 4:30pm. Must possess a current, valid driver's license, knowledge of basic hand and power tools, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor with all residents, family members, guests, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
- Must have knowledge of use and maintenance of basic hand and power tools required to perform job functions
- Must possess a current, valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must maintain a professional, respectful, friendly demeanor with all residents, family members, guests, and staff at all times
