Job Summary
Oversee the upkeep of grounds, gardens, and facilities at BIG4 Wallaga Lake Holiday Park, leading a small team to present park grounds, manage repairs, and coordinate with trades to ensure a cohesive guest experience. Responsibilities include staff management and supervision; general repairs and maintenance; gardening and garden maintenance; operating power tools and ride-on mower; attending to preventive/reactive maintenance; ensuring safe environments; and maintaining professional, courteous communication with guests and park staff. May involve onsite accommodation and on-call duties; requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong customer-service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in grounds and property maintenance in a hospitality environment.
- Manual driver"s license
