Job Summary
Grounds Day Porter position in Glendale, AZ supporting AMS Schools with custodial and grounds maintenance duties. Responsibilities include maintaining exterior grounds, sweeping/cleaning sidewalks and parking areas, trimming shrubs, pruning trees, weed control, equipment maintenance, power washing, paint touch-ups, irrigation maintenance, safety compliance, room setup for events, assisting with building security and routine repairs, and interacting professionally with school staff. Requires knowledge of cleaning equipment (backpack vacuums, floor varnishers), basic maintenance skills, ability to work in teams, and SDS/Safe handling practices. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
