Job Summary
Maintain University of Arkansas Athletic Department grounds and competition fields, including synthetic and natural grass surfaces and landscaped beds. Assist with snow and ice removal and perform outside activities or events as needed, which may include nights and weekends. Operate small engine lawn care equipment and perform required lifting up to 50 lbs. Ensure regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance while fostering collegial relationships with team members.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to do required lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to operate small engine lawn care equipment
- Must be able to work outside activities/events when applicable, which would include nights and weekends
- Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance
- Ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others
- Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
