Groundperson

Perform all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies while executing plant maintenance and maintaining clean work areas including catwalks, walk-ways, and general plant zones. Proactively learn plant functions and operations to obtain necessary knowledge for completing assigned tasks, then take direction from and collaborate with all site personnel. Cross train to learn all plant jobs and be able to substitute when necessary, fulfilling other duties as assigned. This role supports plant production and maintenance at Chalfont Quarry, a division of The H&K Group, Inc., where the ideal candidate is safety focused, action oriented, and excels at teamwork.
