Groundperson - 1st and 2nd Shift

Perform plant maintenance and ensure all work adheres to MSHA and H&K Safety policies while maintaining clean work areas, catwalks, and walkways. Proactively learn plant functions and operations to complete assigned tasks, then cross-train to learn all jobs of the plant and substitute when necessary. Work in a team with all site personnel, taking direction as needed.
