Groundmen

Assist crews with loading/unloading fiber, equipment, and materials while maintaining safe and clean work areas around telecom construction sites. Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision, provide traffic control and site setup support, and perform manual labor tasks to support fiber installation and pole placement. This entry-level role requires willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in all conditions, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a strong desire to learn fiber optic and telecom construction skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a valid driver's license is preferred.
