Groundman

Prepare work areas for linemen, setup traffic control, and keep the site clean. Stock vehicles with necessary tools and materials, then install aerial fiber optic communications by placing and tensioning metallic strand, installing pole hardware, tensioning down guys, lashing copper and fiber optic cable, performing pole transfers, and digging and setting telephone poles. This groundman role requires the ability to lift 50 lb minimum, a high school diploma, and three years of progressive construction knowledge. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and age 21 or older are required. Compensation is $22-25/hr. Experienced climbers and operators are preferred.
