Job Summary
Ground Support Crewmember for Tulsa drone delivery operations. Responsible for preparing customer orders for drone delivery, ensuring correct packaging for drone transport, loading payloads into aircraft delivery systems, maintaining clear launch and landing areas, performing quality checks on delivery cartridges and equipment, managing aircraft batteries and charging systems to keep operations ready, conducting routine inspections of equipment, assisting with site setup, housekeeping, and inventory management, and collaborating with Flight Operators and Supervisors to support daily operations. The role emphasizes hands-on work, attention to detail, safety adherence, and readiness in a fast-paced operational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid US driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with technology and handheld devices
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high operational standards
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, aviation, retail operations or food service (preferred)
- Experience in safety-critical or process-driven environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with inventory management or operational support activities (preferred)
- Interest in drones, aviation or emerging technologies (preferred)
