Job Summary

Lead and supervise ramp agents in the safe loading, unloading, and movement of aircraft to ensure timely and efficient turnaround, including baggage and cargo handling. Coordinate the use of ground support equipment and resources while performing safety checks to ensure team compliance with aviation regulations. Communicate with flight crews and ground teams to resolve issues on the ramp and minimize delays. Train and mentor ramp agents, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures. This role supports Alliance Ground International's operations across 61 airports, with a salary range of $24.00 to $24.50 hourly.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in ground handling
  • at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • communication skills

  • ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with ramp operations
  • safety protocols

  • If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
