Job Summary
Lead and develop the local training program for the Abbotsford Below the Wing team, training employees on air carrier and Executive Aviation procedures at the YXX base. Facilitate in-class, online, and on-the-job training; maintain trainer documentation; schedule and deliver course material to meet initial and recurrent requirements; represent EA in carrier train-the-trainer programs; provide hands-on job shadowing, coaching, instruction on best practices, equipment demonstrations, and promote safe work practices. Requires travel with reimbursement and holds RAIC, AVOP, and driver’s license; flexibility to work all shifts; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have RAIC, AVOP and a driver’s license
- Ability to travel, with reimbursement
- Ability to work all shifts (nights, weekends etc.)
