Job Summary
Lead the local training program by scheduling and facilitating course material for initial and recurrent requirements, including in-class, online, and on-the-job sessions. Provide hands-on job shadowing instruction, demonstrate equipment, and coach employees on best practices while maintaining documentation and records such as the air carrier trainer matrix. Represent Executive Aviation in carrier train-the-trainer programs and support ramp operations as a Ramp Coordinator, covering shifts including nights and weekends. This full-time leadership role reports to the Operations Manager at the YHM base, offering a salary range of $22.50-$27.85/hour with comprehensive health benefits and flight perks.
