Job Summary
Conduct daily visits to stores and collection points to monitor performance and ensure operational standards are met. Schedule and train newly onboarded captains on Ninja's operational protocols. Perform regular audits of captain waiting areas to verify safety and quality compliance. Monitor captain performance regarding on-time delivery, uniform adherence, and form submission while tracking daily delivery goals. Report issues, areas for improvement, and overall captain concerns to ground supervisors. Requires high school diploma, logistics knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or logistics software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in coordinating with drivers/captains and ensuring compliance with SOPs
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics or aviation environment
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred)
