Job Summary
Collaborate with crew members to perform pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing while operating chainsaws and rigging equipment safely. Apply climbing and pruning techniques to maintain tree health and safety across various properties. Adhere to proper safety protocols and industry best practices throughout all field operations. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to climb trees without spurs. This role offers hands-on outdoor work with opportunities to build expertise in tree care, including extensive training and continuing education in arboriculture.
Required Qualifications
- A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
- Physical stamina and the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
- A willingness to learn how to climb trees without spurs, prune effectively, and identify native and introduced species
- Interest in mastering chainsaw operation and equipment handling
- Commitment to safety and quality
