Job Summary
Operate equipment safely and perform assigned job tasks efficiently while delivering high-quality tree care services including pruning, removals, and cable bracing. Collaborate with a crew to maintain client landscapes and provide exceptional service outdoors. Complete required trainings to obtain certifications and licenses, utilizing modern tools and resources to deliver top-quality service. This role offers competitive pay of $18-$25/hr, health benefits, and hands-on training opportunities within a safety-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper use of General Tree Care equipment
- Previous landscaping experience with safe lifting techniques and proper procedures for carrying and stacking brush on client properties
- Knowledge of two to three basic knots plus Weaver Knot, Clove Hitch Knot, and Gilhooligan Knot
- Experience with proper pruning equipment such as hand snips, pruners, pole saws, etc.
- Willingness to complete required trainings to obtain needed certifications and licenses
- Desire to work outdoors
- Valid driver's license to operate service-line vehicles
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of common tree identification (a plus)
- CDL (a plus)
