Job Summary
Conduct ground training for pilots and Airbus crews converting to aircraft types, ensuring they pass final systems and performance exams. Deliver lectures on operational and technical aspects using FBS, FTD, APT+, and mock-ups, while developing and reviewing examination questions. Evaluate crew progression against predetermined course time scales and maintain required instructor competencies. Identify compliance risks and uphold integrity as foundational to the company's success.
