Job Summary
Implement Local Ground Handling Regulation (LGHR) across airport operations while monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. Manage contracts with ground handling companies, PRM providers, and operational stakeholders, overseeing KPI/SLA monitoring, contract amendments, and day-to-day administration. Coordinate operational requirements, service issues, corrective actions, and stakeholder consultations related to ground handling and PRM activities. Support ORAT planning, readiness exercises, contingency planning, and irregular operations management. Oversee performance reviews, inspections, and service performance follow-up actions. Coordinate off-airport ground handling activities and fuel farm operational interfaces in accordance with safety and procedural requirements. Monitor fees, costs, and operational service-related expenditures. Requires minimum of 10 years in airport operations, strong understanding of European aviation regulations, and proven ability to coordinate with airlines and operational authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in airport operations, ground handling operations, PRM services, airline operations, or related aviation operational environments
- Strong understanding of airport operational processes, ground handling activities, PRM operational requirements, and stakeholder coordination within an airport environment
- Knowledge of applicable European and national aviation regulations, airport operational standards, and industry best practices related to ground handling and PRM operations
- Experience in operational contract management, KPI/SLA monitoring, inspections, operational reporting, and service performance follow-up
- Proven ability to coordinate with airlines, ground handling companies, PRM providers, fuel stakeholders, operational authorities, and airport departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
