Job Summary
Ground Handling & PRM Contracts Manager responsible for supporting the implementation of LGHR, monitoring regulatory alignment with operations, managing contracts with ground handling and PRM providers, and coordinating with airlines and other stakeholders. Will oversee KPI/SLA monitoring, contract amendments, and day-to-day administration; act as primary operational interface with airlines, ground handling companies, PRM providers, and fuel stakeholders; coordinate operational requirements, service issues, corrective actions, and stakeholder meetings; support ORAT planning, readiness exercises, contingency planning, and irregular operations; monitor costs and performance; ensure compliance with European and national aviation regulations (EASA, IATA, JIG) and continuously improve off-airport processes. Requires extensive airport operations experience, strong stakeholder management, and English proficiency; additional qualifications in SMS, safety, or aviation compliance are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in airport operations, ground handling operations, PRM services, airline operations, or related aviation operational environments
- Strong understanding of airport operational processes, ground handling activities, PRM operational requirements, and stakeholder coordination within an airport environment
- Knowledge of applicable European and national aviation regulations, airport operational standards, and industry best practices related to ground handling and PRM operations
- Experience in operational contract management, KPI/SLA monitoring, inspections, operational reporting, and service performance follow-up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
