Job Summary
Execute monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders. Serve as a trusted business partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution while briefing senior program leaders on execution status. Analyze key financial data including estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning to enable sound program decision making. Manage and maintain program baselines to ensure accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned to business directives. Drive efficiencies in financial processes using digital technology tools while adhering to company policies and ethical standards. This Business Manager role supports the newly awarded $300M Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Program within RTX's Strategic Early Warning portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advance Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience (if holding an Advance Degree)
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Estimate At Complete (EAC) process
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Experience using SAP financial (or similar) accounting system and related reports
