Job Summary
Coordinate system-level operational testing for the Missile Defense System by developing test objectives, integrating architectures, and collaborating with the Missile Defense Agency, Combatant Commands, and the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation. Execute comprehensive Ground-Based Midcourse Defense analysis using MATLAB, Python, and Parquet Table to evaluate weapons systems, sensor taskings, and targeting data. Extract actionable operational insights, assess test data effectiveness, and prepare technical reports and executive briefings for government and military leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's STEM degree
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional analysis experience
- Active SECRET clearance
- U.S. citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate STEM degree
- 10 years of analysis experience in Missile Defense System Operations and Testing
- Engineering and analysis expertise within the Department of War (DoW) supporting integrated test philosophy, test regulations, and the planning and coordination of Test and Evaluation (T&E) programs
- Experience conducting operational testing and assessing the effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of weapon systems
- Experience with requirements development, derivation, traceability, and requirements management throughout the system lifecycle
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, including Program Management, technical leadership, and junior engineering staff
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to support program objectives, technical reviews, and mission-critical decision-making
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and Parquet Table
- Expertise in GFC analysis, software builds, Warfighter (WF) observations, and WF Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP)
