Gross Profit Specialist

Manage custom pricing profiles and exceptions at the national level based on gross profit margin standards. Analyze individual customer pricing versus sales to identify problem areas, develop solutions, and support store and district management in improving margins. Follow up on results through report analysis, communicate findings to regional and district teams, and recommend best solutions to purchasing and BMA management. Define, communicate, and monitor the implementation of gross profit policies and programs like Master Installer. Facilitate training sessions for store, operations, purchasing, and marketing management teams. Conduct regular market surveys at national and regional levels to ensure price competitiveness. Requires a business degree with accounting/finance focus, 3-5 years of NAPA experience, bilingual French and English skills, and 20% travel within Canada.
