Job Summary
Lead grooming salon operations and team at Petco, delivering expert grooming services (bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning) while driving salon performance, scheduling, inventory, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experience and pet care. Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a range of grooming staff from entry-level to professional, coaching for growth, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Role requires available full-time schedule (minimum 35 hours/week), strong leadership, and a focus on meeting salon targets and delivering high-quality grooming services. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years professional grooming experience
- completion of a technical grooming training program
- strong leadership skills
- 1-2 years previous salon management experience (preferred)
