Job Summary
Lead grooming salon operations and grooming team members; deliver expert grooming services to clients' pets; oversee scheduling, inventory, and staffing plans; recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members; drive salon performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction; provide coaching and development to both entry-level and seasoned groomers; ensure safety, welfare, and high-quality grooming standards for all pets; operate grooming instruments and stay current with industry trends and breed standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' professional grooming experience
- 1-2 years' salon management experience preferred
- High-school diploma or GED preferred
- Expert knowledge of breed-specific cuts and grooming standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time including weekends/evenings
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and coaching
