Job Summary
Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, and manage customer profiles and records while driving membership and retail sales through health and wellness education. Develop membership leads by following up with potential members, manage the cash drawer for daily cash handling, and resolve customer concerns to retain memberships. Keep the reception area clean and presentable while promoting memberships and products to every customer. This role offers a direct career growth path to Management positions like Assistant Manager or Manager, with competitive hourly base pay plus shared tips.
