Job Summary
Grooming Manager leads and develops a high-performing salon team in Jacksonville, FL, overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and high-quality pet grooming, and driving sales and membership goals. Responsibilities include onboarding and training new groomers, evaluating groom quality, coaching staff on services and products, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and resolving client concerns while maintaining excellent customer service. The role requires 4–6 years of professional grooming experience, strong leadership and teaching abilities, deep knowledge of breed standards and cuts, skilled scissoring techniques, and experience in customer service and conflict resolution. Required Qualifications
- Four to six years of professional grooming experience
- Experience running full-service grooming salons including sales and inventory
