Job Summary
Transform furry friends with grooming services that follow breed standards and pet parents' requests; maintain safety and well-being of every pet; build lasting relationships with pet parents through friendly engagement and pet care education; become a product pro by recommending retail products; stay informed about loyalty programs, promotions, and scheduling systems; maintain a clean grooming area and collaborate with grooming and store staff in a team-focused environment; attend store or virtual meetings and trainings; flexible hours with full-time and part-time options; wage $18.00/hr or up to 45% commission; benefits include PTO, 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, employee discount. Duties include grooming, customer service, operating grooming equipment, and participating in team activities and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Formal grooming/safety training
- Proven track record of success in grooming
- 2 years of pet grooming experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Formal Grooming education or license (preferred)
