Groomer Operator | Full Time Seasonal

Operate snow grooming vehicles over slopes to distribute snow and ensure safe, skiable terrain for guests. Maintain awareness of surroundings to navigate equipment safely while evaluating performance hourly and by shift. Record all operational information regarding equipment usage and complete tasks without damage to machinery or work areas. Proficiently use attachments such as compactor bars, tillers, and blades, while keeping distractions to a minimum during execution. Maintain assigned equipment in a routine manner and keep detailed operational records. Meet service level objectives and department goals as set by the immediate supervisor.
