Mobile Pet Groomer in Wilmington, NC, operating a state-of-the-art van to provide bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling for dogs and cats. Drive the 2023 Mercedes Sprinter to scheduled appointments, ensure pet safety and comfort with gentle handling, assess coat/skin health, educate owners on grooming techniques, maintain van cleanliness, and manage appointments to maximize productivity. Requires grooming license, valid driver’s license with clean record, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; compensation is commission-based with benefits like paid time off and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Grooming license for any areas we service (required)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a professional pet groomer
- Certification from a reputable grooming school or similar grooming qualification is highly desirable
