Groomer position with Destination Pet offering a commission-based pay structure (50% commission or 40% with a bather, plus 30% on baths where applicable) or an hourly option for the first 60 days. Responsibilities include snipping, shaping, and styling pets to owner preferences or breed standards; nail trimming, ear cleaning, brushing teeth, bathing, and coordinating with bathers. Maintain a clean, organized station, interact with pet parents, and provide a calm, safe experience for all animals. Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle large dogs and unpredictable behaviors.
