Job Summary
Groomer responsible for providing upscale pet styling services and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include completing superior grooming tasks (bathing, brushing, blow drying, de-matting, trimming hair, gland expression, teeth brushing, nail clipping, and other specialty services), handling pet check-in/check-out, identifying anomalies in pets, engaging with pet parents, offering product and service enhancements, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, rebooking to promote holistic pet wellness, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong customer service, active listening, time management, and the ability to work with flexibility for a varied schedule. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience in pet grooming.
- Grooming tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Grooming certification preferred.
