Job Summary
Brush, bathe, and trim nails while ensuring the wellness and safety of furry patrons. Learn grooming skills through the online distance program and Paragon School of Pet Grooming, utilizing a free tool kit worth over $600. Perform routine cleaning to maintain the grooming environment and assist store team members during downtime. Delight neighbors with playful interactions and product recommendations, completing safety training certification and reviewing online videos. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods of time
- Ability to review videos and take tests online
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must pass a drug screening (in applicable states)
- Must pass a validated selection test
- Must be at least 18 years old
