Job Summary
Brush, bathe, and trim nails for neighbors while ensuring the wellness and safety of furry patrons. Attend the free, paid Paragon School of Grooming to learn styling skills and breed standards, utilizing the included $600 tool kit. Perform routine cleaning to maintain a fun environment and assist store team members during downtime. Develop long-term relationships by recommending products that keep pets healthy and happy. Successfully complete Safety Training certification and demonstrate all necessary grooming skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods of time
- Ability to review videos and take tests online
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends and holidays
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and validated selection test
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old

- Experience in retail or other industry working with pets
