Job Summary
Bathe and style dogs to breed standards using professional grooming tools while keeping the grooming space clean, safe, and welcoming. Encourage pets with playful interactions, assist store team members during downtime, and build lasting relationships with pet parents by recommending products and services. Learn and grow through our online grooming program or attend free, paid training through Paragon School or Pet Grooming to transition into a full Groomer role. This evening-only position after 4pm includes weekends and holidays, requiring candidates to lift up to 65 lbs and complete applicable screenings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass applicable screenings
- Available to work evening shifts only after 4pm including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with online learning and video-based training
- This role requires frequent bending/twisting, standing and stooping and the ability to lift and carry up to 40-65 lbs
