Groom

Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, familiarize them with hotel facilities and services, and fulfill guest requests such as room service or additional amenities. Provide general information about the hotel and local attractions, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, and maintain high standards of customer service and teamwork. Fluency in English is expected, with additional languages considered an asset. Driver's license is required. The role supports the Reception department in a luxury hospitality setting, reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager.
